I have been a loyal customer of hostinger for a considerable period, but I am compelled to express my dissatisfaction with recent experiences, particularly concerning customer support and billing practices.In early April, I purchased a domain but decided to cancel it within 24 hours due to a change in plans for my project. Unfortunately, I was charged twice for the same domain. Upon noticing the error, I immediately contacted your support team to request a refund.Initially, it seemed that the issue was resolved, as I was informed that a reimbursement had been processed. However, it became apparent that only the duplicate charge was refunded, and not the entire cost of the domain as I had requested.Moreover, two weeks later, I discovered that the domain was still active under my account, and despite my repeated requests, the full refund has not been processed. This oversight has not only caused financial inconvenience but also eroded my trust in hostinger's billing practices.
