I recently migrated off of Cloudways and over to hostinger Cloud. It's a better deal all around. The hPanel was easy to learn to navigate around, setting up a new site is a breeze, they migrate any/all of your sites over for you, and support has been fantastic. So far I've been very happy!

Everything is going well and i really like and enjoy being a member here but there is one thing i did not like personally, it's the fact that they did not inform us (new users) early that all those prices for web and cloud hosting were promotional prices and we would renew with normal prices after the subscription.... This would maybe affect someone in one way or the other....

I had read that hostinger's customer service is very good. This is what swayed me to buy hostinger hosting.Action is sometimes difficult for a beginner - not when creating, but when changing plans and pages.I received good help from the customer service - refund orders for excessive purchases and other explanations. I am happy and grateful!

At first glance they appear to be a good hosting company, but once some technical problem arises they are literally IMPOTENT to fix it. They will ghost you and leave you with your technical problem alone.All you can do is in a circle ask in the chat where you get assigned numerous exotic names from around the world but these people are clueless and will of course fix and do NOTHING.I am a naive guy, I imagine that if I pay money to some company, they hire the (technical) guys to fix the problems but it seems they have maybe like 1-2 technical engineers and endless bunch of clueless support chat guys around the world.I suggest you to fix the customers problems and not leaving them hopeless and helpless.Get more technical engineers and/or some higher-level support email that ends in hands of middle management who will push the guys below to fix the problems.

First, I opted for hostinger because of the generous services and cost they offer.Whether you use templates or AI website/Blog creation; the process is easy, especially for novice people. 2nd, I made a mistake and hit upgrade button thinking it was an included option, but I got charged fees for thatI then emailed customer support who solved this issue and reverted my website to web hosting instead of cloud hosting withing 24 hours. Really outstanding customer service. I had a reply extremely quickly from Benas at technical support, which fixed my problem straight away. I have been with other companies who didn't seem to care if problems were fixed or not, but the service at hostinger is really outstanding.

I registered a domain and created a website. That was easy and hostinger provides good interface for that. However, I wanted to keep the site for one year, so I disabled auto renew. Unfortunately, every website has multiple plans and I didn't disable the autorenew in all of them. So next year, this charged me around £140 for a website I wasn't using any more. I tried to delete everything related to my website and domain, but this is confusing. I cannot tell if hostinger will keep charging me for any of the services or not. On top of that, while I was browsing in the dashboard, some pages were not loading.
