One of the reasons I opted for hostinger's paid service is the live chat support with a real person.Most of the instructions provided by the FAQs and ChatBots can be helpful, but when you are pushed for time and need your focus on other pressing issues it does save a lot of time and hassle when a real person can hop on and take care of stuff they are trained to do. The pleasant attitude also helps

The hostinger support staff is excellent they stayed on 'Chat support' with me for hours while I worked through Migrating some of my clients' website from another Hosting company. Kudos to them.
