NEXT LEVEL Customer Service!I woke up one morning, checked my website and noticed that it had GONE! Disappeared. There was just a blank, white screen. Even the favicon was missing from the browser tool header. I waited until later in the day to contact customer support at hostinger. The bot that responded was less than helpful. Its suggestions did not resolve my issue and I strongly believe that those suggestions were there to tie me up in tech turmoil for ages so I asked to be put in contact with a human.The bot responded and within seconds Patrick arrived on the scene. He identified the key issue as being a header/footer plugin that I hadn't updated.With text and screen grabs, Patrick was able to lead me to taking action that would resolve my issue. It worked! After a few plugin updates and a cache clear, the issue was resolved.As someone with quite a high general level of tech competence but with less of a clue about HTML, Javascript, JSON or fixing a WordPress website, it was a relief to have someone on the end of a live chat who was able to help so quickly with friendly and effective communication. Well done hostinger. Please tweak the bot. ;-]

Never give up

So far the experience is good, but sometimes it takes time to load, even the Hpanel sometimes takes a long time to load. I opted hostinger for its claim of high speed and optimized for wordpress, But sometimes it also disoppoints me and my clients are also complaining of poor speed and slow loading website.

Really great to work with! They deliver a great product, Simple easy friendly platform and great price point with plenty of value.

Changing a web hosting site can be daunting. I have no computer science knowledge and got stuck when I was moving my website from wix to hostinger. However, I received swift and effective help from hostinger via the chat option where -after a short chat with a bot- a human advisor solved my problem, in fact, she did the required steps for me instead of providing me instructions. I was very pleased.

I have tried all kinds of servers with my WordPress sites, and this is the first time I feel satisfied, especially with the performance. My sites' scores on Google Page Speed Insights went from a rating of 28 on mobile to a rating of 98 and 99 on desktop. The difference with the previous provider is very noticeable. Better than the previous ones in terms of price, capabilities, and performance. Others do not offer their own CDN, proprietary malware protection without plugins, support through an AI within each WordPress site specialized in this CMS for quick assistance without having to search the internet for specific topics. Default CloudFlare protection, which in other hosting services has to be done manually.
