I had an issue in upgrading from the Business Starter Trial email plan to the Business Starter plan. In short, I locked myself from being able to switch the domain, lost the emails, and signatures. Mark helped me get all of it back quickly and without issue. He even provided a great suggestion on how to copy my signatures. 5/5 would message again for sure.

On 22 June 2024, I contacted the customer support to let them know that I don't want to renew my Cloud Enterprise hosting plan (Which should expires on the 5 July 2024) as I don't need it anymore. Instead, I will opt for another hosting plan which the agent was nice and offered me a discount to buy it. Everything seemed nice till I was billed the next day 720 USD (invoice H_11532299) even when I am turning off all the auto renewals and I informed them via their live chat!! I contacted the customer support immediately (Devi) and she said that she initiated the refund request and I should receive my money within 48h.72h pass by, nothing happens, I contact the support again and to my surprise, no refund will be issued till the 5 July which is not acceptable at all!! I was billed against my will, clearly a mistake from them, promised to get my refund then telling me that I wont get it even when I confirm to them that I don't want to renew this plan and they can cancel it even immediately.the funny thing is even when I am billed 720 USD, I still receive emails that I need to renew the same hosting plan!!Very disappointed, I've been using hostinger for years, more than 30 websites with them and 3 hosting plans. And yet at the first real problem, I get unhelpful customer support. ***********Update : Thanks to the support here, issue has been fixed and I was refunded on the 27 June 2024.

I needed the customer support for one of my domain related issue. I would say the support from one of their executives "Salsa" was prompt and on the point. She had all the information with a clear process to do it. It worked like a charm to me as I was having this issue for like a week and was not able to overcome it. Thanks a lot.

You can create a fantastic website for a day! I researched for a Website Builder and tried many platforms, but this one is the best. The AI helps a lot when you create a new website because it's made almost everything. You don't need the code language and computer knowledge to create a website; the only expectations are curiosity and English knowledge. I added four because it is impossible to use a Bulgarian shop, and there is no option to search the blogs. After less than six months, our blog is visible as a first on Google search. They do a great job. I hope we can use it fully in Bulgaria soon, and I can sell it on our market.
