I had a good experience in support service, I believe the only thing missing is active support via telephone because not many people are familiar with technology.

Very good hosting, I was on a dedicated server for my website and I know it was too much so I go on hosting for shared wordpress and i though to loose some performance and finally, not so much so it is a very good platform and support is very good. This night I got 2 issues due to my actions and they help me to resolve the problems fast and very well. Thank you hostinger and Mohamed from technical team.

What I really value hostinger for is their support and dedication to solve problems of any difficulty. Thanks to Ivah C. and all previous experts who were knowledgeable and really were paying attention to the issue. Their approach was not to get rid of you as fast as possible but to make sure that everything works correctly. Regarding the platform itself: nice and convenient interface, articles covering most of the questions, integrated WordPress for web design and many other useful features!

I do appreciate and value the service hostinger offers. It's been pleasant in most parts but I also have my reasons to complain. As a company who plugged in Zyro as a website builder, it is hostinger's responsibility to see the transition of all the websites built there and shouldn't be putting the task on the customers head. It should've been a simple automated process instead of making it a manual labour. That's all. Thanks again for your great service.
