Their team answered so many questions over 3 days for me starting at about 3am one night last week. Never did a reply take longer than a minute or two and despite them even warning me that the game server VPS could be complicated, when I started using it, it turn out to very simple I think due to alot of their automations. 3 days later, my questions have slowed and I could not be happier with my decision. Not sure why people talk so much smack on the internet about this company. Seriously I dunno about web hosting, however for game server instance hosting with dedicated resources, their product couldn't possibly be made easier to use. And to top it all, on the spot they added a game to the panel for upon request. For such a reasonable price, I had a hard time in my research finding anything comparable.

Great value for money, overall good customer service, fairly easy to navigate but maybe dashboard can be a little less confusing.

Overall had a good experience in hostinger Website builder. It has a wide range of stunning Web templates. But i found some issue while working with hostinger website builder. There are difference between image sizes in the Website editor mode and the preview mode which are not correctly sized according to the website editor.And there are no proper payment methods which supports in Srilanka. There are only PayPal in their payment methods for Srilanka. There are Stripe, TwoCheckout, Payoneer services which is supports Srilanka. Thanks

...for a non-techy client, I was over my head without knowing what to do. But the customer service via chat has my back and yours. You can ask them or the AI anything about your site and they will try to help as humanly possible, especially if you have a million things to do and can not afford to hire the "guys" in the tech sector and at the same time a startup with no capital. The case of a dodgy plugin that took over my site for a false backlinks was banished effectively.
