My problem was resolved quickly

I am a new user to hostinger, I had issues with Domain registration. I was half expecting for things to not get resolved in chat but further move on to email chains taking a few days to resolve. I was surprised that the customer care agent staying with me for more than 40 min and ensure everything was resolved and I had the domain successfully registered before our chat was over.
