I reviewed these guys when I first joined them in 2021 and I must say they have remained AMAZING on all counts. Touch-wood, I have had NO issues with their hosting - websites and emails - and any questions I have had have continued to be dealt with by their customer service people in the way you can only HOPE customer service reps will operate. Friendly, knowledgable, PATIENT (given I'm not a web dev, but just a regular bod, with minimal web savvy who does some of her own set-up stuff) keen to help and they give you TIME!! I just migrated a website and emails to them and whilst I had a coupe of issues with the emails at first, the website migration was so easy, I didn't even know it had gone over! I am so happy I found these guys and highly recommend them for their services and customer service. Thank you hostinger! Please keep up the great work!

I feel I can trust hostinger in many ways. I've been tired over the last few weeks, and I made a mistake by deleting two websites, thinking I was just disconnecting my client's account from mine. I had a backup for the main site, so I restored it, but the other one, even though it seemed like just a test site, still needed to be there. So I talked with Marco, who restored it in just seconds.

I had no issues with Uptime apart from when they updates the Host UI..The implementation of backups & Virus scanning saved my websites from constant brutal attacks!The only downside being, getting to a real support person became hard due to auto-response robot.
