I had my first ever contact with hostinger support, and I have to say. It's the best I have ever experience with any host I have used in the past.Ivan was a highly knowledgeable person and very fast. He is very professional, well mannered and knows what he's doing from head to toe.He is there to help and he does just that professionally without fail. What other support would usually throw at you to do it yourself, Ivan got on the job himself after he recognized my concerned I might cause more damage if I go through sensitive files I know nothing about.Support makes a huge difference between staying with a host and moving on to somewhere else. Many of us only know how to write a blog or throw up some products on a website but don't know how to fix the core of things if something goes wrong.I take my hat off for Ivan and congratulate hostinger for hiring the best people who knows what they doing. Recently i buy hostinger premium webhosting but somehow any reason my domain not be activated so i cancel the hosting plan and apply for refund they cancel my service and assist me gently and refund me in just 3 Days I happy From hostinger services

So many other SaaS companies offer little-to-no support. I recently was working through a complex issue with my hosting. The support agent, Joao, was smart, responsive, and friendly. He worked with me to resolve the issue with proactive suggestions and a collaborative approach. It was a great experience and cemented my trust in hostinger as a company. This is the way support should be provided.
