I had a fantastic experience with hostinger’s support. Carla was super friendly and quick to respond, explaining everything clearly. Although I couldn’t split the server bill directly, she offered great alternatives like PayPal and account sharing. Overall, I’m really impressed by how helpful and efficient hostinger’s team is!

After a bit of tedium with their AI chatbot (better than most I've had!), I got connected to Carla, and she sorted out the problem quickly without me having to repeat anything. Speaking as a 30-year IT veteran with broad customer support experience, I can't say I could have done any better myself. This is a dramatic improvement over the chat support I've received in the past, both from hostinger and other services I've used.

The migration was super easy. There was an issue with the files I uploaded and the AI chat was super detailed and specifically responsive to my questions. For a different part, I needed a live agent and the agent was very helpful and quick and efficient. Already my website is running way faster for much cheaper hosting than what I was paying previously. So happy I moved over. The interface is clean and intuitive.
