I am very dissatisfied with hostinger's services. Their approach to customer rights is highly unprofessional and unethical.I purchased web hosting and a domain from them on March 18, 2024, for my website LannisterConsultants.com. Auto-renewal was on, but the payment method had no funds. I manually renewed my domain two weeks before the expiration date using a different card at checkout. However, I did not save this card as my payment method, as I planned to switch to a more cost-effective hosting provider like Bluehost.Shockingly, two days later, hostinger automatically added that card as my primary payment method and charged me for web hosting without my authorization. When I contacted their support team, they acknowledged that I was eligible for a refund but informed me that requesting a refund would result in immediate termination of my hosting, deleting all my website data—even though a week was left on my subscription.This left me with no choice but to continue with their service to avoid losing my website data. This is an extremely deceptive and unfair practice. I strongly advise others to be cautious before using hostinger.

Worst Up-time. Costed me thousands of dollars because of the website going down every other hour even after I changed my server.Do not recommend it to anyone.Live chat are just helping with closed tickets (Previous testimonials).

hostinger has an amazing support staff, among its other awesome features. This morning I was asking for help in preventing a few of my sites from timing out and they noticed some heavy traffic or some issue on the server my 'problem' sites were on so they asked if I minded them moving my stuff to a different server - no cost to me. So far the move was quick and so far no more issues.Awesome service - keep u[ the great work!I am super happy with my hostinger experience.
