Slowest hosting you can ever use, GTmetrix performance is 51%, Fully Loaded Time: 7.8s(Test was from london UK, and my website server was also UK, using CDN and also the best cashing plugin hostinger recommends), and still, my customers has to wait 7.8sec for a product page to load hahahaha.also: the worst and most useless support team you can ever have to contact.don't do my mistake and rely on them.

hostinger is the number one hosting provider in the world , extremely reliable, a very nice CMS panel and customer support is outstanding , and finally, of course the price very very reasonable

Needed to swap hosting plans. Support was extremely long winded and woefully unhelpful. Instead of helping me through the process ( web guides are either irrelevant, non-existant or extremely badly written causing confusion). Promised help to migrate my websites from one hostinger plan to another came after 3 full days and they failed to upload my data bases to the new plan, but not before they deleted them from the original plan, including all back-ups. Years of hard work and dedication lost forever. No apologies.

I'm not a professional web developer or have any related experience. Artur was very helpful and patient when explaining me the step-by-steps to solve even the simplest of my problems when building my site.

Got through to someone in a matter of minutes to discuss the issue, and attempt resolution. The issue wasn't resolved as I had to leave early however I was provided with sufficient information to sort the issue out later. All round great experience.

The free email plan included is only 1 Go storage per mail account. It is very insufficient for an IMAP configuration especially considering the webmail does not allow to configure an automatic deletion of older mails and block incoming mails once storage is full.Hopefully, Wordpress hosting seems to be very efficient !

I have contacted 5 different hostinger agents from hostinger and none of them solved my problem. This is not the reason for my displeasure. The reason is that in addition to not giving me a solution, they dragged their feet and one thing should have been resolved in 3-4 days according to the words of their own workers.
