The user interface and the options/customizations they give with the tutorials and articles was a plus point for me, every issue had a fix or a workaround and never hampered or wasted my time.2. hostinger plans are very affordable! As a student, this was a major dealmaker for me.3. Perfect hosting service if you have a WordPress website. My page scores were improved by a great margin with Litespeed server and cache plugin. If you have a WordPress site, please give this service a try.4. At start, when learning and managing, I used to run into small issues, but the support was always there for me, hostinger has great and sweet support staff, they understand your problem and never failed to fix an issue swiftly.Some points that focus on what can be improved!1. The time for a support agent to be assigned to you is quite long, sometimes I had to wait around 10-15 mins. This surely can be improved!2. While talking with support many times, my experience was the hosting service runs into bugs quite frequently, Issues were fixed quickly no question to that. I'm new here, 3 days since I started uploading my site (coming from a2 gone-bad host) so I don't have much to say already. Until now I haven't missed cpanel, their panel is friendly and complete, the speed is what I paid for and their support has been very helpful, friendly and fast until now. So, I have nothing to complain for and I'm positively happy with this new host.

Support was responsive and explained the issue to me so I could understand it. Set my expectations perfectly.

They had a nice hosting package, but the website builder was awful. I also tried to use WordPress and couldn't get past the first step. I spent hours on excruciatingly slow chat help to no avail. I wanted to like this company, but alas, It felt like pulling teeth to try to get help.

The response was quick. And the staff fixed the problem for me in a few minutes and explained the reason behind it. Very good service!

too much limitation to upload file and max time is only 120 second. hostinger need to fix this issue because f the issue my one theme is waste and face many issue
