THEY LIE ABOUT CUSTOMER SUPPORT, THEIR WEBSITE ITSELF IS NOT WORKING, HOW DO YOU EXPECT THEM TO HELP US

I've been using hostinger for a few months now, and overall, I would give them a 3/5 rating. On the positive side, their pricing is very affordable, and their basic hosting plan offers a good set of features for the price. Their customer support is also quite responsive and helpful, and I appreciated their live chat option, which allowed me to get help quickly.However, I did run into some issues with their service that prevented me from giving them a higher rating. First of all, their uptime is not as reliable as I would have liked. I noticed several instances where my website was down for a few minutes at a time, which impacted my visitors' ability to access my site.Secondly, their user interface can be a bit confusing and overwhelming, especially for someone who is new to website hosting. The navigation could be improved, and I found it difficult to locate certain settings and features that I needed to use.Overall, I think hostinger is a decent option for those on a budget, but there are definitely some areas where they could improve their service to provide a better experience for their users.
