Another bad review about hostinger. I never faced the worst support system like them. The agent can't help me actually. Please don't purchase any plan if you are not super pro about VPS. and Don't purchase their VPS plan. They use All OS are free versions not work properly and have lots of limitations. The support agent will reply within an hour or more delay. Sometimes you will get a faster reply but not less than 10 mins.

I Have used hostinger for a long time. Their service is average and support is pathetic. Previously it was good now they have reduced the quality. My website was down for more than 48hrs and there was no resolution provided. I have multiple accounts with hostinger and performance is declining. Reply to hostinger: You might not see the interactions. but I do have the screenshots of the chat. I am happy to post it on any channel if that is what you want.

I had to transfer several websites from an my old hosting provider due to the fact that they were stopping my plan and their substitute was too expensive. I found hostinger and decided to go for it. Went for a 2 year contract. The transfer of my sites was extremely easy - they would do it for me but I've decided to do it myself - just one zip file upload and everything work perfectly. Emails were set up without any issues.Today, I had a problem with emails - I contacted them, Sunday, bank holiday weekend in the UK, and chatting with them they investigated the issue and did not give up until the problem was sorted. They were extremely polite and efficient.
