I am not satisfied with my experience with them. I purchased the domain on 5/21, otherwise now it does not work, and after I contacted the customer service for more than 6 times, they are still replying with one sentence (still under investigation)

I had a mistyping issue buying a new domain and the support teams was prompt to help me changing to the correct name. I didn't even had to cancel the wrong purchase. Very efficient support team. I was assisted by Kynna.

Good reliable hosting and comprehensive package. Plenty of support if required. Easy for first timers as I was, but slightly confusing if website already developed. Good value for money.

Great experience but there's always room for improvements. Support team has resolved my issues in minutes but I have found a bit difficulty in finding the support email and I haven't found any contact forum.I think there's a need for improvements in regards to community support + hostinger support.Give a very clear option to contact support and perhaps why and how urgent the support is needed.Newbies might not like this and require support.if you implement the community support than I suggest, approving all posts by a moderator so no sensitive info is shared publicly.That's all
