The people help me learn when answering my questions about products or how-to’s (no matter how silly they seem). The website services have been reliable and backup regularly, allow me to be creative and personalized with my website, and link to my service booking platform. It is pretty user friendly for those with no website building background or education.

The management has an unclear pricing strategie what makes the job for the agents harder and is time consuming for the customer - the agent was able to compensate the confusion caused by the management in the first place.

The hosting is awesome. The price is a bit higher side as compared to other hosting companies. One improvement may be to have Cpannel in spite of hpannel. Because the site transfers can be problematic some times.

Support is kind of artificial. Everything must be passed on to superior technicians and it ends up taking a long time for them to return. And the servers are often a little slow. I don't even have a server at my location because it's full.

For example, you might sign up for a plan that allows you to host 100 websites, but then when you try to add more than 10, you'll be told that you've reached your limit. This can be a major headache, especially if you're a small business owner who needs to host multiple websites.thay tell you that you 200gb storage but when you use 30gb you reached the limit, Another problem with hostinger is that their servers are incredibly slow. and going offline few times a week, This can make it difficult for your website to load quickly, which can lead to lost visitors and sales. In addition, hostinger's customer service is notoriously bad. If you ever have a problem with your account, you can expect to be on hold for hours or even days before you can speak to someone who can help you.they wrote me here saying they sent a contact request but I didn't receive anything,

Friendly, quick to find a solution, and provided easy-to-follow tutorials with visual aid.Was able to solve multiple problems, detected the source of it all, and made sure that everything was complete so I could continue without issue. Made my day with their attitude. Overall, awesome!

Well, the hosting service and support service is great. The only problem is that there has been a change in the CONTACTING of support to the point there is essentially no way unless we have someone's e-mail address. The Chat has disappeared (at least from what I can see). Mind you once I found a way to make contact (via sales), the support service was excellent. I might mention that hostinger should give appropriate e-mail responses to the "forgot password" facility.
