I was having troubles at a few times , contacted Customer Support and in few hrs , they got to me with response , it went for a while back-to-back responses from me to them and them to me until I found out solution, So kudos to that ..But now , you will first see an AI chatbot , which ofcourse can solve basic problems , just ask it to "Connect with Agent" to force it to chat with real people which is much more useful rather than a Bot.I guess they are trying to reduce costs which is understandable..

very useless app because when ever you want to send an email by titan it makes problem and the email doesn't send by titan.

If you are looking for a VPN friendly host look elsewhere. Everyone will get 403 error all the time here, but great news, it works for the support that aren't using VPN...Speaking of support, they cancelled it on their site so you have to talk to chat-gpt or use a secret email, it's kind of annoying to mail back and forth.Will upgrade to 5 stars if they become VPN friendly.

I heard of hostinger from Hisham Sarwar from Pakistan. It's an excellent hosting company, thier support is excellent. I just ahd some issues with business email integrating in gmail. All is good.

Has hidden limitations on the account. even with one of the top packages you can not install many websites. have 25% of storage but the account blocked due to Inodes low limit
