Utterly dreadful company and I really regret ever doing business with them. They make it impossible to use their customer service facility because it is so complicated to navigate the menu system. On the rare occasion I have asked questions, I get unhelpful replies.I bought a domain through hostinger and then used a different site to create a website; something which I have done before. However when I asked for help to set up the A records, the information supplied by hostinger was incorrect and the website would not function with the domain. I tried over 2 years, many times, to get this set up but hostinger kept giving different information - conflicting with previous advice given by their customer support staff. In the end I gave up and transferred the domain to a different provider.I do not recommend hostinger. Of the 7 different website hosting companies I have used over the past 25 years, hostinger is by far the worst one by a long, long way.

I had an issue i have tried every method, and deleted and started the site all over but issue was not resolved. when i contacted your customer service Julius, he fixed in less than 1 minutes.

hostinger have been pluggin VPS services for a long time for my web company, and I finally bought a plan. However, they do not offer ANY SUPPORT at all for them, and say it is self-managed. It seems to be that they are plugging VPS to avoid responsibility in having to support it. hostinger need to up their customer support for VPS.

They have the most thorough and convenient way to deal with customers with their 24/7 live support.

They are so helpful, i have no worries whenever i run into difficulties on my website because i know that hostinger has very capable hands to assist me. I am so glad that i chose hostinger, and i have been their customer for over 3 years.

If you want your hosting issues to end go to hostinger,Today 7/7/23I rescind that rating it should be more like minus 10 stars. Over the weekend two sites went down and support could not resolve and keep giving me the same findings that were ruled out each time. Unable to access management, Apathetic support staff, unable to talk to management. Customer service and support has become secondary,

Every time I had problems with my websites, they have been there for me instantly. What truly support in the quickest time ever for an online real-time chat! I wish every online support was just like theirs.
