Rafi is a great guy who did great things so I am giving him five stars. However, hostinger.com must improve on resolving the DNS abuse issue where third party abusers and fraudsters and scammers steal traffic from my domains and try to steal my domains by complaining about URDP, etc. Please be very careful act quickly and don't let us loose domains to fraudsters! It has been a long time already and still the issue never gets resolved.

Everything is made easy for me to use, for example a very easy and clear hpanel, and above all is the top notch customer service. Ive been using hostinger for 4 years now and I never had a problem that the customer service couldn't solve, and they solve it fast while been very friendly

The pricing at hostinger seemed too good to be true so I was skeptical at first. But I have had zero issues with their VPSes. I needed a temporary extra VPS which was hard to cancel as they make it hard to find, which was my only issue. I'm very content with my heavy duty, affordable VPS.

I've been a customer of hostinger for over 3 years and until this week it all went quite well. However what happens since this Tuesday is disappointing. After an attempt to switch to the new nameservers which hostinger requires to access some parts of the control panel, my site went offline (as it was supposed to) and it never came back online since then (which should happen in two hours, maximum a day after the disconnection of the old nameservers). Today it's been the 4th consecutive day since the site is down. Daily communication with technical support gives no results: since the first specialist confirmed that "it looks like the domain nameserver got refused" and "I have forwarded everything to our Technical team, and we will make sure to provide a solution as soon as possible" I receive answers that are very polite but consist of no feedback neither on what is the problem, when to expect it to be solved, what has been done, what is being done. Just "Your patience and understanding are much appreciated", or " our system engineers are already looking into the issue right now and will implement a fix as soon as possible". I have no words. My first hypothesis was the complete understaffing in the technical team, that just makes it take days to resolve the issues. There is no good explanation or excuse for this situation. And I still have no idea whether and when it will be resolved. For provider's reliability it is disastrous, to say the least.

Aug 8 update - Thank you hostinger for emailing me after the review below was published. The issue is indeed resolved with your help. AI is a great technology, but human communication is still the best at this point (thankfully!).Aug 6 - I signed up about a month ago (2 domain names + hosting). The "product" itself is fine (control panel, tech stuff, WP intergration,etc). HOWEVER the "Customer Success team" is an AI which is unable to address out-of-the-box issues. When you have one of those, you are sucked into a black hole, and you remain stuck. I was billed twice on the same day for one domain registration + 2 accounts seem to have been created, although both with the same email address, and merging them or somehow resolving the issue appears impossible. At this point, I just want to cancel everything and go elsewhere - but how? The AI "helper" doesn't want to address that either. eeek! I never write these types of reviews - but it might be the only way to attract the attention of a real human to address the technical glitches I am facing. Time is our most precious asset. I have now lost many hours trying to resolve this. PS: I have 20+ years experience with various hosts. Wanted to give hostinger a try.
