Other hosting companies charge extra for all of those features. The hosting itself is very reliable and fast. I am very happy with their service overall. Really dependable company.

The features for hostinger are usable, well priced, and the tutorials are thorough. You do not have to be making a very complicated website before the configuration process becomes a lot for a beginner to handle, but the customer service is amazing and with some time and research, and some help, everything is doable.

Support is horrible and they ask for tons of documentation when you are locked out of your account. Now they want my credit card copy with only a few numbers blacked out. Do Not Use this company. Now going on 3 weeks and completely locked out of my account. Can only use email and they are slow to respond.

There is no chat or customer support. My website went down and I've been unable to get any support all day.
