I've used various hosts over the past 25+ years for everything from shared hosting to dedicated managed and unmanaged servers. Based on that experience, I would definitely rate Hostgator as one of the top tier hosting companies.I have now been with them for 3+ years running 4x 'cloud server' accounts, one VPS and one shared hosting account.Up-time is excellent and the performance is great.Most importantly, I've always found support to be very responsive, knowledgeable and willing to 'go the extra mile' when a problem arises.

Everything is good and all but there is a problem for a noob like me I don't even know that I need to buy hosting for my website. So you should have shown in the dashboard like what to buy next. It's just showcasing my domain name Because if you don't ill not understand what to buy next . I'm a ux /ui designer that's why I got to know a pain point.That's why you just missed on 5 star review

My experience with Hostgator support has always been 5 ??…excellent service, extremely helpful and kind. Nothing they couldn’t fix! I couldn’t have my web designer business without their help. Never had better service anywhere. ??

It's great to feel that Hostgator cares about you along with all its employees. and seeing that they are sincerely approaching the solution of your problems is an indispensable feature for a customer. however, this feature alone can not be satisfactory. Because a high quality and strong hosting service is also expected. At my previous hosting company the customer service was fine, but my sites were mostly loading in about 20 seconds, which was a really frustrating issue. Luckily I came across Hostgator. In terms of both customer service and technical service, I think I am in the most super hosting company ever. my sites load very fast, Hostgator's control panel is very easy to use. technical support is very fast, solution oriented, has courteous and helpful staff. My only regret is that I wish I had bought my package for 4 years instead of 2 years. because now, when I want to extend my server service, the prices are of course not the same as when I first bought them. Finally thank you Hostgator for excellent customer service and strong technical infrastructure. I have some ideas as suggestions. It would be great if the domain transfer process was free. It would also be nice if we could log in directly to the e-mail if it did not ask for a password when opening the e-mail account from the panel.
