Good knowledgeable customer service people that are well-versed in their product is what makes a company worth not only talking about but working for. My experience using Hostgator hosting is pretty good. But I think they also give daily backup options in the premium hosting plan. Good service.

Absolutely awfulI can't transfer my domains to Hostgator unless I wait 60 days. I have to pay to complete the transfer. Lots of absurds you will only find in Hostgator!Run away as fast as you can

I had questions about the refund policy and if there were a work around if I made a payment error. The customer service rep Andrew was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and resolved everything with a few minutes.
