I was having troubles at a few times , contacted Customer Support and in few hrs , they got to me with response , it went for a while back-to-back responses from me to them and them to me until I found out solution, So kudos to that ..But now , you will first see an AI chatbot , which ofcourse can solve basic problems , just ask it to "Connect with Agent" to force it to chat with real people which is much more useful rather than a Bot.I guess they are trying to reduce costs which is understandable..

I heard of Hostgator from Hisham Sarwar from Pakistan. It's an excellent hosting company, thier support is excellent. I just ahd some issues with business email integrating in gmail. All is good.
