I've shopped around for different hosting providers and though I have concerns with a company being based in the EU, I keep coming back to them. The price and service are unmatched so far. Other hosting providers may have faster customer service times but the quality of service you get with Hostgator is better. Their pricing is also the best I've found so far.

As a hosting company, they do alright. Not gold standard, but you're not paying gold standard prices either. Fairly stable, although their basic hosting can be a little slow at times.However, my experience in dealing with their support staff has been nothing but excellent. Very helpful people, happy to look at your account and work out what has gone on before they start suggesting you try unhelpful things.

I want to talk to you about a company of liars and scammers. This is Hostgator.com! I purchased two services of 1 month and 1 year. Due to their poor hosting and bad cloudpanel, the domains were not included. After a long struggle with Suppore. I requested to cancel the service and return the money. 1 month hosting fee refunded instantly. And one year, which is 80$, is already 1 week old, they don't return it to me. It is written in the rules that the return takes place in 2-4 days. I write every other day and they lie to me that he will get back to me very soon. But all this is a lie!

Ed was helping me to try to upload our web buit site (which was the Hostgator web builder) onto our webside domain. But as was not able to do it. He said the system said there was some error. so he said he had to send the report to your tech team. I have not gotten any word yet from your tech team. I really would like to get my site up ASAP so I am hoping the tech team are working on it. Ed said I would be getting copies of their progress but I haven't gotten anything yet. I hope my request didn't jjust go into a big black hole.

The VPS I purchased will lapse in a few days and I haven't been able to launch any website in it. .Support is the worst ever to a point that they will ask you to switch ISP when they should be white listing your IP Address instead
