I had my first ever contact with Hostgator support, and I have to say. It's the best I have ever experience with any host I have used in the past.Ivan was a highly knowledgeable person and very fast. He is very professional, well mannered and knows what he's doing from head to toe.He is there to help and he does just that professionally without fail. What other support would usually throw at you to do it yourself, Ivan got on the job himself after he recognized my concerned I might cause more damage if I go through sensitive files I know nothing about.Support makes a huge difference between staying with a host and moving on to somewhere else. Many of us only know how to write a blog or throw up some products on a website but don't know how to fix the core of things if something goes wrong.I take my hat off for Ivan and congratulate Hostgator for hiring the best people who knows what they doing. He worked with me to resolve the issue with proactive suggestions and a collaborative approach. It was a great experience and cemented my trust in Hostgator as a company.
