The processes to do things are user friendly. Despite that, they may contain errors that are not so clear, they could improve the copies to make them a little bit more understandable.The AI assistance throught the chat is really helpful, but the human assistance is better since they can get the context in a better way.Something that would be great if GlobeHost had, would be prorated upgrades, so users are able to upgrade to a better plan by paying the price differene, right now is only possible to pay the full price for a better plan.

I use them to register some of my domains. It get's job done, however, their UI sometimes is moving slow.I will use them even more if they will have an API to register/manage domains.

the most important thing I got amazed with is their instant response anytime I type they reached me...this is great point for them. It is my first expierence in building website, GlobeHost is very helpful.

Booking the Domain was easy experience. But the rate displayed was not inclusive of taxes. So, request you to quote the price inclusive of GST in India
