Hi dear GlobeHost. Few months ago I booking a VPS service, that a good client service experience, But I found it not support cento7 system and the speed not very good, So I unsubscribe it. I really hope GlobeHost can make it better, and update those problems. Thanks lot!

Yes i was waiting last 46 hrs for my migration request... They still tell me "don't worry we're interested" they lie obviously... This is torture to me! im stuck here, and im waiting last 46 hrs do nothing...49. hrs and same: nothing!UPDATEIn fact, the problem is that there is a system like "we will respond to you by e-mail" for people who want "live support". If I want an e-mail, you already offer that option to me in the first place...It turned out that I was sent an e-mail saying that the migration was complete at the 36th hour, and because I missed it, I waited another 28 hours and spent it by asking the live support from time to time. I have more than 20 websites in total, e-mail can be overlooked very easily... Also, the interesting thing is that the friends in the live support are not informed about it. OVERALL EXPERIANCE WITH GlobeHost IS GOOD BUT CHAT SUPPORT IS VERY BAD AVG REPLYING TIME IS VERY LONG.

It has better and secure hosting plan. Moneywise it's plan is expensive but it provides good servicesupport.It will be better to get direct contact no for accessing the customer service for solving the problem easily.

Although Manuel for the hotline was very friendly and willing to help (as all the hotliners I was ever in contact), he wasn't able to solve my problem because during one of the last GHpanel updates, an important functionality (create an independent vhost for a subdomain website) which I used to better organise and isolate different websites on my hosting was suddenly removed. :-(Edit: Manuel contacted me again and provided me with an alternative solution. Thus, I increased my rating from 3 to 4,stars.

Good VPS Services.Cost is not hight other hosting provider.

After some years with Siteground I decided to look for a cheaper solution. I'm now spending 1/4 and for the time being the performance seems very similar.Customer service is working pretty well. I had some difficulties in transferring my site but at the end all was successful.If everything remains like this I will add the 5th star.

for me its easy to use and I like the user interface design, also the fonts are easy to read. The customer service are good! they are fast to response to my questions. what I like about GlobeHost is I can choose cheap domain names, but for startup businesses the cloud hosting is expensive and the storage is not unlimited

I thing everything is Great, but the payment system could be better.

In general I have a good experience with GlobeHost's services; I use then since 2020 to host commom sites, PHP and WebGL based content and their infrastructure attended me satisfactory. In the past (dec-2021) I had some minor problems about IPV6 configs of the PHP server contracted and other stuff related, but with the GlobeHost's customer assistance sector this problems were corrected quickly. I recommend GlobeHost.

I have been pleased with the company. When I run into questions or problems their online support has always been available to help me and typically solves my issues within a few short minutes. Yesterday I contacted support and they had me taken care of it less than 5 minutes! If it takes longer its because it's more complicated but they are trouble shooting until they get it corrected and resolved.

Mail (which is what you host for me) has been rock solid. The web app is a bit clunky but does work
