For a reasonable price, they host your domain and don't force you to purchase some horrid template to make your own website. Pretty good help-desk... Best option I've found...

The platform is really intuitive and rich in features. The control panel gets sometimes slow, but on average works very well.

They have resolved the issues quite promptly. Only problem I have face so far is at times network maintenance occurs sometime

Took advantage of setting up one of your free domain names. Still not clear if you have a template that will meet my needs for the site, but I'll be looking into it more as I get a chance. My main web site is all fine.

My journey on GlobeHost has been great so far. Initially when I joined they do not have a built-in website builder so I had to source their affiliate partner thus incurring extra cost for website building. I m now testing their proprietary builder which is the same as the one I m currently using so looking at switching to CMS to be able to have the option to create offline

Customer support is awesome, but the Icon for the chat should be more visible.

I am using GlobeHost hosting service for a long time and it is my opinion this is the brilliant & best service for all the people who want to make their own business dream successful. Just take GlobeHost service and focus on the rest of the things don't take your hosting stress to suffer your work.

For me, I have the daunting task of moving from a shared hosting account on another company to a VPS on GlobeHost. It's been a journey that's not for the impatient, or the unwilling to learn. The GlobeHost chat agents help alot by helping with specific issues as i go, but I find that for VPS clients, the GlobeHost tutorials and YouTube videos are less than robust, in that there should be basic onboarding videos and tutorials to help us VPS clients navigate, especially when coming from a shared hosting environment. And while I understand that they have a managed VPS service, and the level of support I need may seem counterintuitive, I believe that more guidance on the transition from shared to VPS hosting will result in more transitions to shared VPS, as many clients may prefer it when faced with the reality of hosting our own VPS servers. Other than that, it's been about a week so far, and overall, I'm learning alot, and looking forward to working with GlobeHost going forward.

Waited for over 45 minutes before someone bothered to respond on the live chat. This is the same amount of time I had spent without the priority addon. With the priority addon, should have been better but nope. Asked for a supervisor, apparently, supervisors don't work on weekends, so I am wondering who is managing the shift really during the weekends. If something goes wrong, you can't expect their front end support team to be at your disposal to help resolve the issues.04/04/23 - Updating my review based on my recent interaction with their team. They did address most of the issues I had raised, plus I could sense a genuine intent on their part to do all that they can to resolve concerns to my satisfaction, so I am updating the review to reflect the same..

Soon GlobeHost will be the most preferred choice for all in comming future for its easy to use functionalities . And secondly their great help desk support works like a feather in their hat . I made a right choice by selecting it .

Quick clear support . I am new first timer creating my own web design . They are the most competitive,fast and GREAT TECH SUPPORT ! Text support and ability to send pic's and links for immediate feedback is a immeasurable value. Now if they could just get a translator in builder program.. I wouldn't be trying to build on WP in the first place ( but at least I have WP option) . Price and support are great! I hope they improve with better AI logo Builder & and install a translator that translates without need for inputting Manuel translation, They would blow away all competition like WIX in my opinion !Update: Sadly I am downgrading my review after getting my credit card statement. Downgrading review to a 2 because.. After making my web, I saw my bill from my credit card which I have set for alerts (240 over what I expected ) .( didn't show under invoices on there site BTW??)When you upgrade from the basic to any upgrade despite upgrade listed discount, you lose for having bought a previous plan ! You also lose the 30 day worry free cancellation. When you point out the deception, they offer a refund opposed to a credit for the difference. Yes I was confused at first ..Want to do a a refund?! Sounds nice right ? Except when you realize that you lose al your work( your web site!) Most people probably cave and lose there discount opposed to starting all over or don't discover the charge till the 30 days are past ! Hope this saves someone :( Could be a awesome experience if they played it straight) . Its been 4 days, no refund has yet showed up :(Update :4/27/2023 I received a full refund and an apology stating they actually changed the internal policies after reviewing what happened ! I am impressed. BTW they never mentioned my review or coerce me to change or amend my review which would have had the opposite effect . As I previously stated "there is a lot to like" about overall customer service. :)

Good hosting package at a reasonable price.GlobeHost's weakness is customer support. What I was expecting to be a short chat about a simple domain transfer took 54 minutes. Online chat is quick to connect to, but waits for responses are _extremely_ long. Better customer support would make for a 5-star review.

Since a few years, GlobeHost is one of the best hostings in da world!
