I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent charge on my account. In 2019, I was billed $479.40 for your website builder service. However, this month, five years later, I was shocked to see a charge of $1,379.40. When I contacted customer support, I was informed that the initial amount was an introductory price, and that I am now being billed at the full rate.My main concern is that I was never informed of this significant price increase. I did not receive any notification in advance that my costs would triple, which would have given me the opportunity to make an informed decision about whether to continue using your services. This lack of transparency feels like a blatant rip-off. Had I known about this upcoming charge, I would have strongly considered moving to a competitor.As a customer, I expect clear communication and fair treatment. Unfortunately, I do not feel that GoDaddy has respected me in this regard. The customer service is getting worst since last 3 years, instead of solving an issue they just copy and paste the same answers and try to close the chat as soon as possible. Right now the chat option is also no showing at my end, the phone numbers are showing to contact them to report and issue.
