Lloyd is a STELLAR EMPLOYEE and REPRESENTATIVE OF GODADDY... Lloyd is the ideal customer service person. Friendly calm voice, I knew he is there patiently listening to my questions needing to update my payment methods. Then he helped me with auto renewal in advance and waited till I received a receipt that was emailed. He mentioned to scroll down to click on PRINT THE PDF INVOICE…I told him I’ve had a lot of domains with GoDaddy for a long time, and everyone who has helped me has been pleasant and patient and making sure, what I called about was resolved. I said please tell GoDaddy to keep REAL PEOPLE instead of AI... Lloyd said they just had a meeting about that. I said, “WELL HAVE THEM CALL ME. He laughed and said, you will receive a comment survey, so you can fill that out.” So I am sending this to you… PLEASE KEEP REAL PEOPLE… Mahalo Gylian Solay

I have been with Go daddy for a long time, but I would say watch out for extra charges and auto renews. I have just been charged (money taken out of a non work account) for 1 email address £864 ( bonkers) I have been refuned, but these charges just slip through without much notice. Even though their payment was rejected from the bank once they took the payment from a personal account with out authorisation. I will say support is always been timely and very good just watch your billing

This was my first experience building a website. I chose Go Daddy for the freedom to create my website myself using a GO Daddy starter template. After setting it up, I had some questions and reached out to GO Daddy customer service at 5am. I got directly to a live person, Mr David, and he was excellent helping me. I am happy with Go Daddy and would recommend them. Thank you Go Daddy!

OMG, so many times in this day and age, seniors like myself are disconnected from the tech world we now live in. We learn to expect the worst. My experience today with a phone representative was very nice and expedient! She pleaded my case to the managers and we received a small credit for a service that was incorrectly auto-renewed. It costs a lot of money to have a useful website, it's nice to have a company that is helpful rather than rigid.
