I had a terrible experience trying to purchase a domain. Initially, the domain was listed at a reasonable price, so I went ahead and bought it. However, three days later, I received a refund, and suddenly, the price for that same domain skyrocketed. When I reached out to customer support, they were no help at all. Instead of resolving the issue, they simply told me to pay the new, much higher price. Extremely disappointed with the lack of support and transparency.

I have been a GoDaddy customer since 2005 and have never had a bad experience with them or their customer care people. I do NOT know how to do much besides really mess up things, I am a Boomer after all, and they are always able to explain everything to me, take their time, and walk me through it. Great people and company.

I worked with two representatives in order to solve two problems. Both could not have been more knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant, and patient. I don't like editing my website with Word Press nearly as much as I liked the old (previous) version. Progress does not necessarily mean improvement. The tech guys make up for it.
