UPDATE:I now have a working site with a domain name and everything is finally fixed. My frustration with this is that it had to take a negative review to see my problems. I went through so many people in customer service to have this issue fixed. It shouldn't be this way especially when you pay so much money. Thank you for fixing all the issues.In March of this year I purchased a domain. I started with a Wordpress website and paid 400. Then I received a phone call from a person named Nicholas (ndean) saying if I moved my domain to godaddy and pay $1140 I will get four years that will include the wordpress amount I paid for and an Expert to create a template I like and then they will point my domain to it and I of course will fill the products in. It is now September and I have no working website because they created a website where I the domain isn't pointed and another one where the domain is pointed and an empty Wordpress site. I am also having troubles receiving my refund because they cannot seem to understand what they did in the background. I will not recommend this hosting site.

The worst customer service set up I’ve ever come across. My emails not being delivered to customers, just disappearing. They fix one thing that breaks 2 other things. Constant issues with the website, things breaking and trying to resolve anything takes hours on end in webchat/whatsapp. You just explain what the problem is and get a message that says ‘it seems you have disconnected from the previous advisor, how may I help you today’. Have to explain it all again. Sent round in circles. The email address given to resolve the issues doesn’t deal with all the issues, so back to hours on webchat ?? And no escalation/ complaints process. I can’t wait for my renewal date so I can change providers.

Any time I need to talk with a GoDaddy customer service representative, I am treated with dignity and respect. I'll be honest, my lack of knowledge when it comes to DNS servers and the like is remarkable :/ in fact, practically nil, so I depend on the expertise of the customer service person to help me achieve my goals. They help me patiently and work at my pace. I highly recommend GoDaddy services.

They have all the bells and whistles, and you pay for it. I mean, why pay so much for a domain registration and just as much for privacy? There are other options I have been using for years with no issues. I am talking about just domain registration. I have used the hosting services at GoDaddy, and at the time, it was pretty frustrating.

Terrible customer service, their own website and live chat function is glitchy and just about impossible to use!There was supposed to be a discount to meet my requirements in the renewal of the domain, it never appeared and then Live Chat was somehow mysteriously disabled!Ended up paying way way more for the renewal than I should have just to stop the awful experience and move on with my day!

I am reading other reviews and I keep checking if others also are reviewing the same thing.The support I get is rubbish and the online portal does not work properly. I have spent over an hour trying to get help adding a new payment card, then on a different occasion nearly 2 hours to not get any progress. Chat agents do not read messages properly and provide useless advice. There is no way to enter card details and I was asked to try a different card!? There was no option to try any card, how can I try a different card....I am now waiting for a third agent as the previous after asking me to try something or wait, just left, making me queue up and wait for someone. I wish I could get the service other reviewers are getting

the lady I spoke with was so helpful (I am not a computer person) she was almost unreal. She was patient with my ignorance to your product, and explained everything that had a concern with. She was a wonderful person to deal with and was absolutely correct in everything she advised me to do. You did well by hiring this person.
