Really disappointed with GoDaddy...I have been with them for years, have most of my domains with them, but:I went to purchase a domain that was showing 'Available', but at the moment I added to the cart, all of a sudden said it was taken but available through their broker site for a hefty fee.Looking online it happens to quite a few ppl. I suspect AI bots are looking at what you are searching for and then buying it to sell it back to you at a massive increase.I will be going elsewhere in the future, no trust with this company.

Run away from this site, IT IS A SCAM, a BIG SCAMMING site, I know what I am talking about. They took my money too but never got my order. Most reviews here are fake. Do not fall for that. Just WALK AWAY from this one.

Customer service was great. I'm not familiar with any of this. I told them what I needed (my domain name I registered last year to be transfered to a web hosting domain) and they did it in under 5min, while I was on the phone. They gave me the access info to send to the company who built my website and viola... I have a word press managed website. I'm very happy with GoDaddy!

Ive had the unfortunate experience of setting up my website and email with GoDaddy. In summary the email address has never worked and I have now spent 6 hours over the last 3 nights trying to resolve this issue with their customer support. Firstly their Google translate is a bit sketchy at best, but i've grown accustomed to it now and it is also very handy that I now know when they cut and paste an excuse as the English is grammatically correct (and makes sense).There has been a lot of cut and pasting going on over the last 3 nights and also a lot of the same questions have been asked. All of which (after about 2 hours) lead to them saying that they know about the fault!!!! begs the question why they don't lead with that and save me 2 hours of my time.The final slap in the face arrived tonight when I pointed out that I am paying for the email service and am not, nor have I ever, received it. They were good enough to tell me, they are keeping my money, my email will work at some point in the future (they think) and that they would be happy to offer me a discount to renew the email (that doesn't work).I am now looking to move hosts, i'm sure a smaller provider would care more.

I'll keep this short so EVERYONE can hopefully heed this warning. I purchased hundreds of dollars worth of email accounts when acquiring my domains, and more than half of them are BLOCKED. GoDaddy is blaming Microsoft, and they promised me they would get it fixed in two days. Crickets. This cycle repeats countless times, taking hours up of my time every week. More crickets. I finally asked for a refund because I CAN'T ACCESS MY PRODUCT, and I got a rude email telling me that my refund was DENIED for no reason and said to read the bottom of their website. I FEEL ABSOLUTELY SCAMMED.

I spoke with Rujita in customer service. He was the best representative I have spoken to in my 40 Years of business. A true professional. I could tell he was a younger person. His demeanor was outstanding his knowledge was more than that. He valued me as a customer and I've never felt more satisfied with a company than I did with this employee. He admitted he had only been with the company a short time and I told him that he had more knowledge than many people I have dealt with. What a great company and an even better employee- at a time in our world when customer service seems to have been put by the wayside, Rujita brought it back full circle
