The 3 stars is based on an average of my experience with GD over the span of 2 days. The 1st interaction deserved zero stars and the 2nd interaction deserved 5 stars. The first stemmed from GD fraudulent billing an expired credit card. The 2nd involved having to wait 24hrs to callback and have the charge reversed. Michael did a great job.Shareholders of GD should know your investment dollars are being wasted on customer service issues as a result of fraudulent software errors. I should have never had to call GD twice if their software hasn’t fraudulently charged an expired credit card. Considering GD is a software company, is scary.

I have been trying just to connect to my Virtual Private Server, I am facing the login issue, Its strange that the registered user having purchased products have No Technical Support available except that 24x7 Label. Even the options for contact is not there and always says we are experience a huge number of requests. This is so strange I have been trying to connect to the support staff but nothing helpful. My peak 8 hours went useless. Today hardly got a chance to connect with one of the sale agent, but she made me more depressed as she was not able to understand this simple issue nor directing me to a relevant staff who could quickly check and fix the issue. Again the two hours discussion went useless and I am still unable to get done my important deadlines.

My go daddy account has been hacked, I tried to access it and change the password but the hacker has changed the email address so all correspondence is being sent to them.The hacker is using my company email addresses to send malicious fraudulent emails in an attempt to find victims for their scams.I contacted go daddy through on line chat, what's app and over the phone, they are completely incompetent and despite them acknowledging that the email is wrong they keep asking me to confirm the code they have sent to the email address of the hacker, they also sent the hacker a link to upload documents for the account I now have no way of getting back on the account, and the hacker is continuing their scam activity using our emails.The hacker has also used go daddy to take over £2000,00 from my business account, go daddy have been unwilling to stop any of this happening.I'm astounded that a large technology company can be so incompetent, and complicit in fraud.I have reported this to ICANN, actionfraud police uk and the ICO in the hope that may be be able to stop this continuing.If you are thinking of using go daddy be very aware, your personal and financial details are not safe with go daddy, hackers can get in to your account, steal money from you with the help of go daddy and ruin your bussiness reputation, all while go daddy watch from the sideline doing nothing.Update after reply-Sure go daddy, I'm happy for you to get in touch, shall I contact you through your useless WhatsApp account? Or your useless on line chat?For reference I've just attempted a fake purchase of my hacked domain name account through your WhatsApp app, and your staff were going to sell me a broker service at $143.99 to buy my domain from my hacked account, using my payment card stored on my hacked account that you have known is hacked for a while and should have frozen..... wow what a company
