I've had a highly frustrating experience with GoDaddy's SmartLine service. For the past three months, I have been unable to use the business line I paid for due to repeated issues with the registration verification process. Despite completing the process three times, including twice with their support representatives guiding me over the phone, the verification failed each time. As a result, I was constantly booted out of calls and texts with my clients, forcing me to use my personal number—an unprofessional situation for any business owner.To make matters worse, I was charged twice for the SmartLine service (on 5/10/2024 and 6/11/2024, both for $188.53), even though I couldn’t use the service at all. Despite my repeated efforts to resolve these issues, there has been no solution in sight. I have requested a full refund for the charges, but the entire experience has caused significant stress and negatively impacted my business operations.I expected better service and professionalism from GoDaddy, but this situation has been far from satisfactory. I would not recommend their SmartLine service based on my experience.

I bought 2 Domain Names from GoDaddy in 2016. Today I decided to focus on the one most pertinent to my dream. I had no problem deleting the other one even tho I could have auctioned it off for more than the yearly amount I paid for the last 8 years to retain ownership. After getting an auction membership I changed my mind and got my money returned. They say time is money. Even with the alerts to a possible buyer, I felt my time monitoring the auction would be better spent focusing on my 1st Domain Name. Nothing gets done or is successful if you spread yourself too thin. GoDaddy agents helped me navigate all that , smoothly and efficiently. I needed help to set up my email account for my new web page. The rep I called at Go Daddy was very helpful to set me up on both my laptop and my iphone.The only reason I did not check all 5 stars is that she was not able to access the needed info to complete the setup right away, but needed to check her resources each time we got stuck...but only temporarily. She kept digging until she was able to fully connect me in to both devices...AND...was very sweet and patient each time I replied that what we were doing wasn't yet working. Ultimately, she got the job done! I am a true admirer of "Persistence" to get a job done! Give her a raise!!
