I had an issue with a previous GoDaddy rep literally deleting my page because she was upset with me. Michael found the setting restore button for me, and showed me how to use it. He let me know that I was a valued customer and that the other rep had no reason to be as rude as she was. He was certainly a good employee and a good representation of what a Go Daddy customer service person should be.

I called in and was directed to sign in to my account. As I was doing this, the person hung up on me. I called in again and got Adrian. He is my Superhero. I have been working with two different web techs. One built the site, and this second one got me to the point I was at. The site looked awful. It had good ones, but it was too much. Adrian helped me delete and reorganize the site so that it is so much better. He helped me so much and was respectful, kind, and very professional. All of this is because I wanted to upload my new ebook. Adrian is AMAZING and should be recognized for his knowledge and professionalism. I used to build websites with Godaddy and had an ebook at once. But times changed, and I stopped building them. I told Adrian I had been asking for help to learn about my E-Commerce account to no avail. He told me about the web classes, which no one ever mentioned. He took time and assured me we had time to fix my issues. I am so appreciative. He sent me info for the Godaddy training, and I signed up immediately.

I hope I don’t have to encounter the same problem every time I help a business partner with her / his DNS update and enabling DKIM from Microsoft defender anymore coz it’s always a hassle calling Godaddy support tech. It’s okay if the person knows what to do but sometimes it’s frustrating coz they will tell you everything looks good and just wait for 2 hours to a day or two but then when you call again and talked to another person like what happened when I talked to Al William Neil, he was able to figure out for me what was the problem. I hate making DNS update from godaddy coz there’s always something that we encounter, almost the same problem. Hope godaddy can fix it.But so far , I like the Filipino tech support personnel of godaddy coz they are more helpful that’s why I like calling godaddy at night here in California ??
