GoDaddy’s US-based sales and support team has always be so incredibly helpful. I have never had a bad call with them. I am always able to talk through a situation with them and I know they are not just reading off cue cards. Not sure how they compare price-wise because I honestly don’t care to go anywhere else.

Robert from the sales team has been the only helpful representative at GoDaddy. Everyone else has had a hard time answering my questions, wants me to do all the work, will be quite and ask me after a long hold, "Were you able to figure it out?". This is honestly the work platform I have ever had to work with. If I could give it NEGATIVE stars, I would. The website creator is a hot mess. Everything disconnects from time to time and the representatives they hired to help you, have no IT experience. They just want to search for the article and email it to you. They do not want to help you figure it out.

I had to contact GoDaddy today for what turned out to be my error.However, I first tried the chat which could not help but was so very helpful in giving me the phone number of a representative to call. I called the number and immediately got the phone answered and within not even a 1 minute a real live person - Jonathan - was there talking with me! Jonathon was such a pleasure to deal with. He was calm, sounded and had the energy of being relaxed which calmed me down immediately. He kept me informed of every step and even gave me recommendations on what could be done.
