It was very easy and straight forward to purchase my domain and make a very quick website. When I did have an issue, customer service went above and beyond to help me! will totally use again

I've recently noticed a change in behavior of Godaddy's DNS hosting. I've been a customer of Godaddy since 2014. Beginning in September 2024, I've had to call customer service to edit DNS on their end to get things to work -- something I used to be able to manage on my own from the account interface. However, today's assistant was very helpful, easy to work with and quickly finally got the week-old TXT record I needed to show up on the internet.

The representative worked to solve my problems while we were on the call. I appreciate his desire to get my website up and running.

GoDaddy provides great customer service! I was able to contact them Saturday afternoon and they were able to answer all my questions. The GoDaddy rep, Ken was outstanding to deal with!

Kylee (sp?) was one of the best reps I've ever worked with, even though the issue isn't yet resolved for valid technical reasons. It's too bad he'll probably be moved to management, where he belongs. I hope he can handle the power without losing touch with the people on the front lines.
