The customer service rep was extremely helpful, efficient, and fixed the issue right away. Things will break down from time-to-time. As long as the company is willing to fix it in a timely manner, I will pay higher pricing for great customer service. Also, very helpful that the customer service rep spoke clear English as opposed to most companies today who sell out to offshore companies to save on the mighty dollar. Such a shame these companies don't prioritize "customer service" as a part of their business that should not suffer; equally important as marketing, sales, and development.

The representative I spoke to regarding an issue with my old Go Daddy website was very informative and helpful. I also like that the service is now 24/7.

Since July 5th they have still not updated my SSL cert which is included on my hosting. These people are completely incompetent. No one follows up , no one knows anything here, I had to find the problem and tell them hat was wrong. Please use anyone other than them for your web needs, no one cares here, or has a clue. Good luck speaking to a American.I was told an email would be sent to me so you could gather more information, I still have not received one to resound to. Just email me directly to our email from a real email, and I will give you what is needed.

Godaddy has surpassed my expectations of what I wanted out of a company. I had to transfer ownership of domains due to the removal of someone on our team. We are a small church don’t have the budget for someone to design a website for us, godaddy’s customer service was beyond helpful. I didn’t think I was going to get anyone on the phone much less someone from the U.S. But this company came through and helped with all of the issues I was having.
