It was not a first time.I'm developer and woring with a lot hostings. Only in GoDaddy it can happen that customer (video call with me) click to domain, click to "DO NOT USE AI TO BUILD WEBSITES" check websites (we have a lot), and thats all. Today I want to visit websites and 7 of them has Coming Soon page. Tell me plase, who give you rights to replace all data to your AI? Who? You destroy all Google indexing. All pages now in Google has 404. Bravo. GoDaddy is the worses hosting I ever seen. This situation is the final red line.I connected to support, he solved problem. We should wait 24-48 hours. Nice!Have pity on people, fire them and remove your hosting from the network

GoDaddy.com billed me for a website even though the renew button was on NON-RENEW. GoDaddy refused to provide me with a refund. I applied within their required timeline.GoDaddy.com renewed without my consent or permission. I no longer needed this website.Taking money without of a customer's consent - is not good.

After being with Godaddy for a decade, their automated system used an old credit card for my domain renewal despite that card being deleted from my account and an active one being added. I called them when I'd been notified my website had been taken down. They won't charge the correct card and reinstate my website without my paying an extra $20 bounced charge fee. If it were easy to switch from Godaddy right now I absolute would I'm so pissed off! Madness! Be warned, they seem to be stuck in automated system hell.***FOLOW UP. The response from the GoDaddy team below makes me know that they did not read my review properly or that they do not care or both. As I said, I did update my payment information. I was told that because I had originally used a different card when I bought the domain, which was well over a decade ago, the automated system had to put it through on that card rather than the card that I had added to my account. Even though that old card had been removed from my account along time ago. This is insane and terrible business practice and you are completely avoiding the issue below.
