Mark, our GoDaddy agent, was patient with our many questions, held our hand through the whole experience, and walked us through things step-by-step. He guided us, rather than trying to up-sell us, as to which plan was best for us. He gave great advice, made something that seemed extremely complicated, very easy and doable on our end. He gave us all the time we needed to finish the process, without an sense of "HURRY" on his end. Talk about terrific customer service! Mark and GoDaddy get 5 stars (and if we could give 'em, 10, we would!)

My representative Anthony was a great representative he is a prime example why I chose Godaddy as my web service provider. The rep that got on the phone with me on my initial call hung up on me so rudely but Anthony assisted me with patience and great customer service.

Update (Jan 2025): GoDaddy contacted me after this review and were very helpful, including refunding the domain I purchased incorrectly. Updated to 3 stars to reflect this but not higher as it required this review for them to put things right. I purchased a domain and email. I ended up having to do this twice because I bought the wrong one. This was my fault, HOWEVER, in both cases on-boarding was terrible. I had to speak to help agents multiple times to get my second account working. My first one is still inactive but they won’t refund. In both cases the instructions say “wait for X to happen it should take a few mins” but when it doesn’t happen, the help agents complain that you haven’t done something.My understanding of domains is limited so there could be some user-error but I’m technically pretty knowledgable in other areas and they market themselves to non-experts.I feel like the whole on-boarding process was terrible. I wish I had purchased my second elsewhere but I was hoping they would refund the first if they saw I was genuinely still purchasing services from them. No such luck. Their compassionate response was that I should read their Ts and Cs (it was a 2 sentence response). I will not be renewing.Edit: Off the back of my review (but with no other contact) GoDaddy have just sent me a mail saying the Microsoft 365 account I set up on 27th September is ready. This is the account they refuse to refund because I didn't request it within timescales. Ironic!
