My representative spent an amazing amount of time with me - well beyond his scheduled shift. He was supportive and allowed me the opportunity to make a decision that will affect my future in helping others.

A lot of my time was killed after many calls and discussions about purchasing a product/services. It happened two times that after long discussions and discussions with supervisors we made agreements, I was charges and promised to be called the day after. And when these guides called, informed me that the service/product has been cancelled. Very very irritating! I was recommended by some friends to migrate to GoDaddy which I did, but it all ended unfortunately in a big disappointment. I never got any explanation for why things ended up as they did.
