It didn't take long for me to be able to speak to a rep. my problem was solved and it didn't take long at all. I was calling to get my domain name and office back. I was a little confused by the website.

I have dealt with a lot of online companies in the past, but I have NEVER had such excellent customer service! My agent, Christopher, spent over an hour on the phone with me, viewing my screen on ZOOM, and literally walked me step by step through the email migration for my new website. He knew exactly what to do, and took me through it all with patience and confidence. I could clearly understand him, and he did not make me feel inept or stupid. I had given up on ever receiving excellent IT support from online organizations, however, GoDaddy has changed my mind. If my agent was representative of the caliber of employees they hire, they now have a customer for life! Well done, very well done indeed!!

STAY AWAY!!! Asked for domain transfer and they denied. Had to wait barely a month for my business to run correctly and this is unacceptable. This caused us damage in launch phase...DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!
