The worst customer experience ever. I bought a domain, which was held ransom unless I sent them photo identification. Then when I requested a refund, they locked my account.This is where it gets even worse. They tell me that they cannot unlock my account without a customer number and pin number, which is on the locked account. LOL.The only way to get them to do anything was the threaten to contact my bank.

This is honestly the worst domain provider. I've been a GoDaddy Customer for years with multiple domains and I've had nothing but issues that can never seem to be resolved.Their latest product GoDaddy Airo... get added to your domain from the minute you purchase it, directing your domain to a template website and there's not clear way of disabling this function. I sit on the chat for hours and all they suggest is to cancel the domain itself. Stay away from GoDaddy if you're considering purchasing a domain!!

I would give them 0 stars if that was possible, this company is so unhelpful & keeps your money even after you’ve asked them to pause the account and remove payment method! After having trouble logging in and being given different answers from each rep I decided to pause my account in Oct. The rep told me they removed my card and sadly the lied. I was charged again for Oct and Nov. I called in the same day as the charge in Nov and I was told I needed to fill out a form via email because that is the only way to get a refund. The claim was denied 12/15 and when I called in to talk to a manger they said once it’s denied there is nothing they can do and that I should have called within 24 hours (which I did). The manager then proceeded to tell me there is nothing anyone can do, even though it was entirely the reps fault for not taking my info off like they said they did that there isn’t a dept to handle stuff like and to dispute it with my bank.
