I have had a GO DADDY account for about 4 years. Whenever I call..I can talk real time to a person not recorded messages.Microsoft recently decided to require authentication at login. I couldn't make the configuration happen between my cell and my laptop. The GO DADDY tech knew exactly what was going on. He was very patient..walked me through from the GO DADDY account management side. I'm back to being a confident small business owner!!

Lowest form of Scum Put my website plan up by 40% with no warning, no emails, nothing.Sales staff are so rude and ignorant, wasn't interested in the slightest. This company is located in USA and does what ever it wants, they lie to customers for commission, and wont deal with any issues.avoid this company as the reviews are fakeHAHA what are your rising costs? funny how you avoided every thing on this post, and just tried to spin it as rising costs! you're scum you didn't advise anyone, and have just hoped no one realises the 40% uplift. Honest companies give customers warning.. You are corrupt to the core.

The representative was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. In record time, he was able to add all of my email addresses to all of my devices and give me a solid amount of website information which now has me transferring the hosting over to go daddy.

It doesn't matter how you defame someone - as long as you have your site HOSTED with GO-DADDY - your site (and content) will NOT be taken down. Complete GANGSTA company - brilliant for slagging people OFF with FALSE information, and or DEFAMATORY COMMENTS! Brilliant!

The previous two tech support did not fully engaged in the issues for solution. The first tech support resolved by sending me instruction to manage it myself. The second one said to receive the tech support it will cost $250 per service. The third one said to ask my own IT specialist. I find these not a workable customer service. On top of this the first tech support sold ab email storage a product without offering reasonable good options to choose from. At last the most recent tech support provided all the detail solutions to overcome the issues and able to help me getting the best way to resolve email storage issue that made most sense. Customer service by Godaddy has to be a customer service, not forwarding customers to self-help link or to call an IT technician.
