Dishonest company!! Hikes prices by over 200% at renewal with no warning then offers just a 7 day refund window - so I would not recommend using them unless you are very on it and prepared to renegotiate your prices every single year or get stung.

I always seem to have issues with billing and I've only had my account since August. There's been a couple of occasions where I've been charged twice and when discussion of the refund arises, I'm told that it can't be processed by the advisors, an online form needs to be submitted and can take several weeks to hear back on whether it's approved or not. I have also just had a bill for December where my usual billing of £29.99 has increased to £43 without any notice and was told prices are regularly changing and they apologise for not letting me know in advance. The service is honestly diabolical. I run a small business and couldn't imagine treating valued customers in the same way. It's almost like they are indirectly wanting you to leave?! Not even 6 months in and almost every month there have been some sort of issues.

Automatically migrated my domain from Dan.com when they acquired them.Fine - But then instead of taking one monthly lease payment of $1600~, they took two in one day. I've since had countless phone calls and live support conversations, they say the second payment will get refunded and then nothing happens. Another week passes.They might be a big company, but their support and billing practices are fraudulent at best.Plus, if you're a UK customer, you get charged as they only provide US support phone numbers.And to make that even better, you can only contact their billing department by phone!If you have a choice, avoid.

I have been a customer with godaddy for 13 years. They are getting worse every year. Their inflated rates, and customer disloyalty are only a couple examples. I originally purchased an email through Godaddy several years ago for $1.99 per month. The same email 4 years late is now $8.99 per month. They also randomly charged the card on file with them multiple times for $80, $25, $9, all charges I didn’t authorize. The latest experience last month was a godaddy rep falsely advertising that I would be able to use a godaddy product that I was not able to use. Godaddy refused to refund me. Do not fall in Godaddy traps. They are ok in the beginning, and their service gets worse from there.

My agent was from the US and spoke clear English, which was very helpful as he was walking me through everything step by step. I highly recommend GoDaddy. It is a little bit expensive but my theory is that you have to spend money to make money and I trust that they will give me the highest quality website.
