Most companies no days you can't speak with anyone or it's very difficult to. Godaddy is great in that aspect. More companies should be more people focused as GoDaddy is, also they have a very pain free automated phone service that's less annoying then amazon and other large companies. Great that it gives you an option to choose not to listen to music on hold. Only thing might improve is a call back option if hold times are longer then 5 minutes. But so far, I haven't had to wait longer than 5 minutes to speak to someone. Customer service is very knowledgeable and pain free process. More large online companies should have the same systems with the right customer service in place to be able to take action for your accounts over the phone. Not many online companies do this anymore and it's very frustrating when you spend long hold times to annoying music and robot recordings to get to someone who tells you to go do everything manually.
