My technical issue involved restoring my website which I somehow inadvertently sabotaged...I tried everything I knew to do to remedy the problem with no success after hours of trying. I called the Go Daddy help line and a tech there (Yancy) went into my site and restored it within a 5 minute period.

The mean when they say call them 24/7 customer service is outstanding . The customer service people take all the time it takes to fix you problem! They do there job in a cheerful manner . They are awesome !

I was able to build my own website on GoDaddy! Today, I was about to publish it and I called GoDaddy support to discuss my domain name. I reached Fred. He was the best support person I have ever dealt with from any company. He was totally competent, kind, helpful, knowledgeable. I highly recommend GoDaddy and appreciate their service!
